Thank goodness we are not still back in the olden days were women did not have the opportunity to celebrate kissing the Miss. goodbye.  Traditionally men would have a bachelor party where they would go out and seize the night as their last single night. Now bachelorettes get to look forward to a  weekend getaway or a night on the town with her closest girl friends. Do you need some suggestions? I have to be honest…I absolutely love learning however, I can not begin to tell you I am glad I am to be done with my classroom time. I have graduated high school {check that box}, graduated from a University {check that box and Bear Down Arizona}, hold a California Real Estate License {check that box}, and a California NMLS Mortgage License {check that box}. Now back to learning, like I was saying I love learning and it is truly is a gift to be able to learn. I know that there are people around the world who do not have the same opportunities as I do here in Southern California, so again I want to express the gratitude I have to be able to continue to educate myself in a classroom, grow and propel my career. With that being said, going back to school for 6 days was an experience.  I began thinking to myself, 8:30 – 5:30 that […]

We have all been there and I am sure we all find ourselves there from time to time. It is when we look at our checking account and see that our paycheck is being whisked away faster than we can earn it.
