For many, including myself, this way of life has been ingrained as a badge of honor. But is it serving you, or is it hindering your ability to manifest the success and life you truly desire?

In my early career, I was caught in the 8-to-8 grind. I worked tirelessly to prove myself, believing that success required sacrificing my well-being. Sound familiar? Many of us fall into this trap, especially in our 20s, as we equate hard work with worthiness.
However, hustle can quickly morph into a form of avoidance. You might be burying yourself in work to escape feelings of insecurity or inadequacy. Whether it’s the desire to prove your success to others or numb discomfort, over-hustling does more harm than good.
Women and the Wounded Feminine
For women, hustle culture often ties into wounded feminine energy—a distorted version of feminine qualities like intuition, nurturing, and creativity. Instead of embracing these strengths, we may operate from fear, self-doubt, or emotional instability.
This imbalance can manifest in our businesses and personal lives as an inability to set boundaries or a tendency to overcommit. For instance, you might find yourself juggling PTA meetings, last-minute emails, and household chores without prioritizing your well-being.
Operating from this wounded state not only drains your energy but also blocks your ability to manifest effectively. Manifestation requires alignment and clarity, which are nearly impossible to achieve when you’re stuck in a cycle of overwork and chaos.Reclaiming Your Manifestation Power
To break free from hustle culture and tap into your full manifestation potential, consider these steps:
1. Set Clear Boundaries
Learn to say no. Saying no isn’t about neglecting responsibilities but about honoring your limits. For example, I recently had to decline a podcast commitment as I entered the final month of pregnancy. It was a hard decision, but it allowed me to prioritize rest and prepare for my growing family.
2. Regulate Your Nervous System
Your nervous system plays a significant role in how you approach challenges and opportunities. When you’re stuck in a fight-or-flight state, your brain shifts resources away from decision-making and creativity, making it harder to think clearly.

3. Prioritize Quality Over Quantity
Hustle culture often equates productivity with success, but working smarter, not harder, is key. Focus on tasks that truly move your business forward and align with your goals. For me, this means working just three to four hours a day during my most productive hours, typically 9 AM to noon.
4. Embrace the Power of Routine
Creating a daily routine that nourishes your mind, body, and soul is essential. Here’s a glimpse into my day:
4:30 AM: Wake up before my family to enjoy quiet, intentional time. I drink lemon water, journal, and meditate on gratitude and manifestations.
5:15 AM: Morning walk and podcast listening, followed by a workout to energize my body.
6:45 AM: Transition into family time, focusing entirely on being present with my son and husband.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Dedicated work hours where I tackle creative projects and business goals.
2:30 PM Onward: Fully immerse myself in motherhood, from carpooling to baking cookies and reading bedtime stories.
This structure allows me to be proactive rather than reactive, setting the tone for a balanced and fulfilling day.
Shifting Your Mindset
To truly manifest your dreams, you must embody the version of yourself who has already achieved them. For instance, if you’re striving for $100K months, ask yourself: How would that version of me spend her time?
The $100K version of you likely isn’t saying yes to every request or running on empty. She’s focused, intentional, and prioritizing her energy on tasks that align with her goals. Shifting from the hustle mentality to this empowered mindset is the key to unlocking abundance.
