Who Would You Be Without Your Limiting Beliefs?

Hey, friends! It’s Alexandra Harbushka here, and today we’re diving into something that touches all of us: those sneaky little voices in our heads—limiting beliefs. You know, the ones that tell you you can’t do it, you’re not enough, or you’re not ready yet. Let’s talk about how to recognize them, release them, and rewrite the narrative so you can thrive as a mom, entrepreneur, and human being.

Limiting beliefs operate in the background, shaping how we show up. You might not even realize they’re there until you start doing the work. That’s where the magic begins!

The Impact of Limiting Beliefs

So, what are limiting beliefs exactly? They’re those stories we tell ourselves that keep us stuck. Maybe it’s imposter syndrome: Who am I to launch this business? Or fear: What if I fail? These thoughts often come from past experiences or societal conditioning, and they manifest as self-sabotage or procrastination.

I hear you, mama. You’re running a business, raising little humans, and trying to keep it all together. But guess what? You can rewrite those beliefs and step into your full potential.

The Big Question: Who Would You Be Without Them?

Here’s the journal prompt that can change everything: Who would you be without your limiting beliefs?

  • Who would you be if you knew you were enough?

  • Who would you be if you believed you could earn 100K?

  • Who would you be if you didn’t worry about being perfect?

Take a moment. Close your eyes. Imagine what your life could look like if you let go of those doubts.

Embrace Imperfection

Let me remind you of something simple yet profound: You are enough. Think back to when you held your baby for the first time. Did they care if you hadn’t showered or were wearing sweats? No! They just needed your love.

What if you showed up to your business like that—knowing you’re enough, just as you are?

Action Steps for Releasing Limiting Beliefs

  1. Journaling: Set aside time to write freely about what’s holding you back. Ask yourself deep questions and let your thoughts flow.

  2. Tapping (EFT): Use techniques like tapping to release mental blocks. I have a free video on this if you’re curious—it’s been transformative for me and my clients.

  3. Daily Affirmations: Start each day by affirming your worth. Try saying, “I am enough. I have everything I need to succeed.”

Rewriting Your Story

Our brains are incredible. Thanks to neuroplasticity, we can literally rewire how we think. Start small. Each time a limiting belief creeps in, challenge it. Replace it with a thought that serves you better.

Remember, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, making mistakes, and growing along the way.

A Special Invite

If this resonates, I’d love for you to join me in exploring this deeper. I have a free tapping video that tackles one of the biggest limiting beliefs: “I wasn’t born rich, so I can’t be rich.” It’s an incredible tool to help you shift your mindset.

Let’s break free together. You’ve got this!
